Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return my product?

We aim to give you products that you’ll love.

The product can only be returned if it is damaged or not in a good shape. If there is anything else, you can contact us at contact@doodleinc.shop & we will get back to you.

Can I exchange my product?

If there is a size issue, you can let us know and we will exchange it for you. Conditions do apply as it is a handpainted, customized product. It can also be exchanged if product you receive is damaged. Please note that any delivery charges will be taken care of by the customer.

Return & Exchange Conditions

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

  1. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
  2. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that, Doodleinc. will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
  3. The reason for any return or exchange of product is going to be damage mainly. Because we show all the work before processing, we cannot accept a complaint that states ‘we did not like design’. If comfort is the issue, we will cater to it and contact you personally.
